Belonging with the rapid development of computer science and network technology, the world has come to a new period of NET. The total number of global net users is more than one billion. The computer science and network technology, as the identity of modern information technology, not only greatly improving the growth of social economy, but also arising a revolution of knowledge and information. Through the E-Learning platform, which was set up based on Web technology, the teacher can freely distribute teaching resources, or hold a test for students. According to the feedbacks, students'studying progress can be controlled, and the education can be improved if necessary. The students can study the learning paper not matter when or where. They can also communication with teachers or other students, online or offline. They can write and submit their homework, browse or search the knowledge about learned course, even have a self test. As a new form of learning, the E-Learning model, which go with the internet, was totally meaningful and has a huge developing prospect.The E-Learning has greatly enriched traditional learning method and means. All kinds of recourses satisfied any requirements from the students. Information can be showed by multimedia, such as pictures, sounds, animations or education videos. Convenient Terminal node makes students can dial up easily and freely, no time's or area's limit, they can learn when and where they want. Communication become easier: inactive websites and other inactive tools make the communication simply and effective between students and students, or students and teachers, or teachers and teachers.Although the E-learning model has been with a fast speed, but many net learning systems were just the transfer machine of learning resources, simply transplant the traditional learning model to modern internet. Many learning systems are static websites, that is to say, after they upload the information, merely changed, the designer of courses didn't know whether the design is reasonable or agree with learning methods, or the link between websites is familiar with user's habit. Some learning system are hard to use, they need the teacher also have super computer knowledge to build the websites. But the teachers without computer technology can hardly make their courses and spirits showed and motivating students to learn. Some learning systems can't change or improved after the project has done. The students group has its'own characteristic, every student is different. So the learning system must be an individualization system. Although existed learning systems have many information resources, but they lack of methods and strategies of what students individual requirements. So how to import the personalized service to E-Learning system, how to improve the flexibility, suitability and intelligent of E-Learning system will greatly affect the learning progress. The information accumulated on the websites, such as users' visit history, register information, question details, test result, homework situation, communication sentences and study progress, did not be appropriate used, wasted many information. So we need a new technology to use this information and build an intelligent, individual E-Learning system.Web intelligence use the methods of data mining, analyze the contents and structure of websites, user visit information and other web data, extract the abstract, potential valuable and meaningful model and rules. Web intelligence mainly mining and analyze web contents, web structure, and web visit history. Web content'mining is to conclude information from website's files or the description of files. Web structure mining is the analyzing progress of the architecture of website and the relation of quote and be quoted. Web visited history mining is to found the user visit habit during analyzing the history records. Web intelligence can make use of numerous and complete information, through cross-over analysis to find the potential tendency, provides assistance to improve website details, and provide feedback and decision support for the manager group.E-Learning system lack measures to get feedbacks, provide individual learning services, and question-and-answer. And this article research on how to improve E-Learning system with web intelligence technology. Analyzing and found meaningful information from feedback students gives and history records when they visit the websites. And study the information to improve and optimize teaching and learning methods.At first we introduce E-Learning's concepts and technology, the principle of learning system design. And we describe the plan of make use of web intelligence. Firstly collect the Meta information, include services history, error logs, Cookies and so on. Then we preprocess this information. The main methods of preprocess are: data purification, user identification, session identification, path supplementary and service recognition. Through preprocess we delete the unnecessary information from web logs, reduce the data mining scope and complexity. And then we analyze the information with methods of clustering analyse, path analyse and association rules analyzing. Use these methods developed the E-Learning education system based on web intelligence, illustrate the overall design, details and implementations. Achieve the intended target, which can analyze the website's content, structure and users'visit information, provide feedbacks. Using these feedbacks, users can conveniently know the system running status, optimize the structure or contents of websites, implement individual teaching, and instruct or improve education activities.
