Satellite remote sensing monitoring is quick access to the lake area effective means of information. MODIS data in their time - space - three of the spectrum of higher resolution, wide coverage and free access to the notable characteristic of remote sensing experts from home and abroad, the general concern of scholars, the purpose of the study is based on the EOS / MODIS data Ebinur Lake area of the lake's remote monitoring methods and treatment system for the lake area of satellite remote sensing to monitor the provision of new methods and tools. In this paper, based on satellite earth station of EOS / MODIS data, according to EOS / MODIS data formats and features bands, the focus of the water in the MODIS 1 to 7-band imaging and spectral characteristics of the characteristics of the water body to identify the model results, And the use of MODIS data from 2005 to 2007 for 10 days time resolution of the Ebinur Lake in NDVI image. In this paper, do the following research:(1) in various water bodies in the identification process, multi-band integrated a number of law-band spectral characteristics of the water, the water body to identify more effective than single-band, CH7-2-1 images of better and improve MODIS images of the Sheung Shui to identify the body of information capacity.(2) Ebinur Lake lake in the study period (10 years) and a cycle (2001) changes in the law to do the study, and the reasons for change were analyzed. Ebinur Lake in that quarter change significantly by changes in temperature and precipitation change. During the year because of changes in the area around the agricultural use of water in major rivers and runoff the result of changes in common.(3) Ebinur Lake on the lake and precipitation changes in the relationship between the qualitative and quantitative analysis, using least-squares regression method, to seek changes in the lake and the relevance of the precipitation factor, and found that precipitation Ebinur Lake area close to , Ebinur Lake is a lake area in the dominant factor.
