Research On Software Technology Of High Accuracy Aspheric Measuring Motion Simulation System

During processing aspheric workpieces,the key is the precision.Higher precision certainly needs more efficient system for aspheric measurement.We can use the software to simulate the movement of the system.Comparing with the system for aspheric measurement,though it is a method that needs to improve the precision of the data,it can simulate kinds of control functions,and the merit lies on the convenience of using it and the economization of developing it.According to the developing requirement of the measuring motion simulation system,the author compares several familiar objiect oriented programing languages and tools for 3D figure developing,and finds the best appropriate technical basement.The frames of the control interface and the OpenGL programming are also built.The standardization of the 3D models and the problems during displaying the 3D models are discussed in the thesis.Using 3D MAX to make standard 3D models is a convenient method which is summarized during developing the measuring motion simulation system.The common way to transmit the 3DS files to the frame of the OpenGL programming is explained,and how to synthetically use the model transformation,the viewpoint transformation and the projection transformation to display the 3D models correctly is the emphasized part.There are three familiar ways to control 3D models in OpenGL: hierarchical control,using basic functions to control and controlling the distance of the movement.Through studying the three control ways,several problems are solved,such as how to control the different parts of the model respectively,how to obtain different control effect,and how to control the time of the movement.The developing of each control module is expatiated on.The running of the measuring motion simulation system and the analysed result show that the planed aim of the system is achieved,realizing the simulation of setting the coordinates of the origin and the simulaton of motion control functions in the system for aspheric measurement. And the real-time simulation with the system for aspheric measurement is also completed.
