With enterprises becoming more of the office network environment, teaching management automation is also imminent. This paper discussed the design techniques of teaching management platform witch is workflow-based office automation technique as the guide in the analysis of Web technology, database technology, UML modeling technique and software development techniques with the actual requirements of Benxi Electronics Industry School. It also discussed the realization techniques and method of the system in some detail. The system designed in this paper, consists of three sub-systems: One is the teaching management platform that it plans to complete its work,such as work of log records, a notice issued to carry out human resources management, document management, e-mail and other functions; the second one is the students management platform to achieve school management, student performance information, curriculum and multi-purpose function room arrangements and so on; the third one is teaching resource management platform, witch centralized the management of all forms of curriculum resources, such as the animated presentation, pictures, video and information on a variety of literature Information and provide the appropriate upload and download functions. All functions related to the design of the technical details in this article have more detail.This system, based on ASP.NET and ADO.NET, with MSSQL Server 2005 database for the background, Visual Studio.NET 2005 as a development platform to C# 2.0 as the main language development to be implemented and carried out a security mechanism in the planning, as well as detailed system testing.The system are introduced in this paper has took a test running and run well. The results show that the system has good interoperability; the basic realization of the teaching office of the business needs to achieve the design requirements.
