Along with the fast development of the computer network technology, the computer network technology has been the main driving force to promote the science and industry development. In recent years, the wireless LAN technology is gained the rapid development, as the substitute of the network technology has made a great progress and becomes more and more important in many fields. This paper will introduce the scheme of the wireless LAN technology to the solution of the elevator synthesis information transmission system.Elevator is a sort of vertical vehicle of buildings. The elevator control panel and the car are connected by the traveling cable. The traveling cable is a type of transmission medium between the electric control of elevator car and the data traffic. The number and type of the traveling cable are limited by elevator traction force, car balance and running reliability. This paper introduce the wireless network technology to achieve the design plan of the elevator synthesis information transmission system to replace the traveling cable of non-control elevator car running, to provide a way to explore for the application of the wireless network technology in the elevator field.This paper firstly analyze and compare the scheme of display, monitor, and multi-media which used in current elevator car, and combine the wireless network technology to put forward the solution of the elevator synthesis information transmission system which based on the wireless LAN technology, to solve the single word and picture based simple application problem of the elevator synthesis information transmission system technology since long time, and by unified multi-channel information acquisition, storage, organization and synthesis to the elevator cars to achieve multi-media feature, to support the multi-media services and interactive activities of elevators. The scheme is designed according to the special environment of elevator concrete closed shaft with the wireless transmission and seamless connection of the wireless network, to have the wireless connection between the fast-moving car and the machine room where the control panel is located. This wireless connection replaces some of the traveling cables and builds the multi-media transmission platform with the original cable network to expand the multi-media applications in the high-speed and high-level elevators. The scheme not only can settle the technical problems of the elevator multi-media system successfully, that is the limitations of the traveling cables and low transmission rate of the existing multi-media program or high maintenance costs, but also can extend the application field of the wireless network technology. At the same time, the elevator synthesis information transmission system which based on the wireless network technology will provide the optimization solutions of car balance in high-speed and high-level elevator systems for reference.
