BMCC No.2 Line Aluminizing Process Improvement Research

Aluminizing is very important process of colorful CRT production, and its function is coating aluminum on panel by an aluminizing mill. The aluminum film is very important to the properties of CRT correlation with brightness and contrast etc. In 2007, flat display had become mainstream production take the place of CRT in global display market. So it is key that BMCC keeping the advatange of CRT cost. In 2007, BMCC advocated process renovation and cost best. For responding the slogan, No.2Line aluminizing process was improved. In this article,I first introduce the background and aim of entire subject to give the readers an main recognition.then investigate the state of No.2Line aluminizing process, and find some problems as follow:1) The quality of aluminum film is not good.2) Throughput of aluminum mill is affected by aluminum film quality.3) Cost of coil used for aluminizing need to be decrease.Then, Analyze these problems by LP method such as VE, further make some measures by improving aluminum mill and aluminizing process, and completed aluminizing process improvement by coil in No.2Line.In the end, I summarize the entire subject and figure out the result of No.2Line aluminizing process improvement, it will save about 400 thousands Yuan every year. It also indicate that the effect of LP and VE.
