As the development of network, to test and evaluate new protocols and applications'performance will be more difficult. Emulator is just a good tool to solve the problem. The emulator can emulate lots of characteristics of network. Today, the wireless network develops very fast, an emulator which works on Windows and supports wireless and IPv6 is more important. In that situation, we propose an emulator, which works in Windows OS, and support wired and wireless network. It can work in IPv4 and IPv6. By WRK which is provided by Microsoft, we modify the kernel of Windows. The emulator implements the wireless routing protocols such as: AODV and MAODV. By WRK we modify the kernel of Windows, change the interrupt level of the emulator, then use the highest level of software's to supply the emulator with high precision to emulate the delay and bandwidth etc..In the test, It works very well in IPv4 and IPv6 network, the error of precision is in 5%. We use it in the border of wired and wireless network. The error is also in 5%.The result is very acceptable, which proves that the emulator is not only easily used, but also very precise. It is a good tool to test and evaluate network protocols.
