With the advantage of passive radar system becoming more and more clear, it have been paid much attention to. The data processing discussed in paper, plays an important role in passive radar system. The data processing deals mainly with the problems of the Track initialization, the Track continuing and the Track terminating.Firstly, track initialization algorithm including Physcial algorithm, Logistic algorithm and Hough transform are discriped, and also, the advantage and the disadvantage of the Track initialization algorithm are compared. At the end of the session, a simulation of Hough transform is presented.Secondly, according to the characteristics of passive location system, a new synthetic Track initialization algorithm named Searching algorithm is proposed. The algorithm can initalize the real track and avoid the false track effecitvely.Lastly, two representative algorithms, the nearest neighbor algorithm and the probability data association algorithm, are introduced. Based on The Kalman filter, they establish the correlation gate with its center at The Kalman's predictive value, which is used to relate the exist track with the measurement data in the wave gate. a simulation of the nearest neighbor algorithm is presented.Being applied to the real passive data processing system, the algorithms mentioned work well.
