This paper mainly researches the electromagnetic capability of the LVDT, which applies to airplane, and measure the shake and displacement of the rudder. The mandril of LVDT connects with one rudder of airplane. When the rudder moves, it generates induction voltage that reflects the current state and next plan of airplane. The electromagnetic analysis of LVDT is very important especially on aviation career.Firstly, the paper analyzes and simulates the electromagnetic capability of LVDT in both static state and transient state with different driving source. Static state electromagnetic simulation includes electromagnetic field distributing, electromagnetic direction, intensity of electromotive force, etc. Transient state electromagnetic simulation includes difference voltage curve, summation voltage curve and linearity. This paper adopts external circuit to simulate for practical application purpose.In the interest of high efficiency, high precision and high veracity, we parameterize the electromagnetic performance of LVDT, including both static characteristic and transient characteristic, and we parameterize the finite element modeling displacement sensor, we also parameterize the electromagnetic analysis. As a result, user can use LVDT much more conveniently.To optimize the electromagnetic capability and rationalize the structure of LVDT, we parameterize the tolerance analysis that brings more excellent performances to LVDT. |
