With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the status of antenna measurement technologies, including near-field and far-field measurement techniques, is becoming increasingly important for the modern antenna technology and the military research field. This thesis is mainly concentrated on some revisions and extensions of the Antenna and Electromagnetic Scattering Measurement System software, which was used in the Antenna Measurement System developed by Xidian University. The data processing and display software for the antenna measurement system is mainly discussed and developed.The main works for the near-field measurement software are composed of three parts: design of the main software human-machine interface, creation of the antenna near-field measurements project and self proof-test of the near-field measurement data. The module used for the project creation is the beginning of the near-field measurement process, and the self proof-test module is the data processing and comparison display part in the near-field measurement software. The software functions for the far-field measurement software have been extended. As a result, display of the patterns at the different truncation levels is realized. The multiple patterns are also displayed, compared and aligned with the first pattern. In another independent program, the approximate 3D radiation pattern can be obtained from the 2D pattern available from the calculation or measurement, and the directivity of the antenna is calculated according to the obtained 3D radiation pattern. This program can treat and display the three-dimensional antenna pattern. It also provides some advanced functions, such as reconstructing the free-form surface, anti-aliasing, unit transformation for the pattern data, and selecting coordinate point in the three-dimensional pattern.
