From 1950s to the present, after the development for half a century, the connotation and extension of digital image processing has been extended hugely. Image acquisition system developed under this background. It may carry on real-time gathering and the surveillance to the goal scenery image, and is monitored the place the image completely or partially records, thus provides convenience and important gist for the after disposal of some affairs.The thesis purpose is the product designing that one kind can be in to come true in searching for process such as saving , salvaging an article monitoring a function one undersea species, the image carries out acquisition , handles specifically for lower true environment undersea.The main body of a book has been designed and has studied image acquisition system. Firstly, have analysed an image collecting principle , the image collecting process, and very part hardware having designed image collection station here on the basis is circuital. Secondly, DSP gives first place to high speed of TI company selling a chip at reduced prices having structured a video frequency image acquisition and network-rization transmission platform, have high speed video frequency image acquisition, the high-effect image code compresses, use the industry Ethernet and TCP/IP by agreement to carry out image data transmission. Thirdly, adopt the DCT algorithm to realize the image compressing, and fully utilize in the process of image pretreatment undersea image entropy information. The underwater image having adopted on strengthening in the image relative entropy-based is mixed up strengthening method. Problem being difficult to ascertain that specifically for tradition mixes up enhanced separation, make use of an image to carve up principle and have resolved this problem very good combining with relative entropy method. Finally,improved Back Propagation Neural Net method is applied to recognize underwater objects, To make the BP efficient, adaptive learning speed and momentum are introduced. The experimental results show that the precision of recognition is high.The experiment bear fruit is indicated, owing to the image collects system of network-rization DSP video frequency, union DCT algorithm, the form an image is compressed becoming JPEG carries out memory. Be able to overcome tradition the pattern image handles the systematic shortcoming owing to PC machine, improve the systematic real time function, maximal possible cost reduction. Be aimed at undersea optical imagery difficulty, the undersea image having adopted relative entropy-based is mixed up strengthening method, the image mass in having improved image system.
