Design And Realization Of Open Industry Production Monitoring System

In recent years, data information of production locale has been fully used on monitoring system in the field of industrial control, however, along with the development of network economy, production scale of chemical enterprises is increasing ceaselessly, automation together with informationization extent is enhancing, the need for production data from high-level management system has been more and more pressing. Traditional scene monitor system obviously baffles long-range information support for engineering and technical personnel in enterprise, as a result, the problem of informationization island becomes more and more outstanding, so the production monitoring information's being public to Web is imperative under the situation.The design which is based on the study of a chemical company information system object of my university, serves as a solution to realize that production information could be used by management layer for production monitoring under the environment of Web, namely, the open industry production monitoring system.Firstly, the paper introduce the significance and background of the subject. Secondly, what function the system would realize is deeply analyzed, the function is separated into three pivotal technology module, namely, data exchange module, information security module and Web page module , meanwhile, detailed technical analysis is made to every module, whereafter, implementation scheme was confirmed. Thirdly, according to the demands of the chemical enterprise in aspect of security, information security module was designed, network hardware equipment and database server is set respectively, at the same time, in order to realize a safe Web transmission of production monitoring information, one-time password authentication is applied to ensure safety of users' login message. Finally, Web monitoring page of open monitoring system is designed, all kinds of ActiveX controls with function of monitoring are embeded into HTML Web page to realize a friendly man-machine interface, which serves as a monitoring window for chemical production information under the environment of Web.The design makes it realized that production information of chemical enterprises can be acquired and monitored on internet, which resolve the problem that production information is occlusive, at the same time, the real-time demand of enterprise for production datas is satisfied, and it plays an important role in the informationization construction of chemical enterprises.
