The electro-hydraulic load simulator of fin stabilizer is the equipment which simulates hydrodynamic force exerted on the fin stabilizer under laboratory conditions when the fin moves. It is the typical passive electro-hydraulic force control system. It mainly includes two parts-loading system and driving system .When the Loading system works it must move following driving system under work. Therefore, the force flux will come into being when the fin stabilizer moves initiatively .The change of flux brings out the change of pressure without fail . The surplus force comes into being following this . The surplus force is the main element which impacts the control performance and control precision of loading system . So it is necessary to eliminate surplus force.After synthesizing numerous related literatures and reference materials home and abroad, the development of domestic and oversea electro-hydraulic loading system is summarized, and the merit and shortcoming is analyzed. The studying direction is decided through comparing domestic products and overseas products.In this dissertation, the author builds up mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic load simulator of fin stabilizer and simplifies it.Theory analysis on control perpormance and relation to find out between structure parameter and control parameter provide theory base for improving control performance of the electro-hydraulic load simulator of fin stabilizer. Considering the static and dynamic performances of power elements, the mechanism and characteristics of surplus force is opened out. Analyzing effect factor of the surplus force and effecet function of surplus force on control performance seek for approach of overcoming surplus force and improving control performance.Driving elements of fin stabilizer are designed and the simulation about static dynamic characteristics of surplus force, loading system with or without disturbance, static or dynamic state is done. The relationship between the dynamic characteristics of servo valve and loading system's control performance and loading gradient is analyzed. Using Mixed Sensitivity Method,ontrol link is designed to eliminate surplus force and to improve the control performance of loading system. This dissertation put the method of H2/H∞compensation decoupling. According to the simulate result, this control method is markedly effective in eliminating the affect that the surplus force bring out.Under the previous system modeling and analysis on the basis of the main load simulator testing of the hardware chassis control system design and analysis. this dissertation, the previous reference design based on the results of the control box on board signal conditioning and power amplification plate design and the analysis of the design process prone to the problem was analyzed and the results applied to the actual system, Follow-up experiments have laid a good foundation.
