Along with the unceasing development of the Chinese industry, the measuring and controlling equipment has appeared gradually in industrial control field. In this kind of premise, Multichannel measuring and controlling instrument for contact resistance in wireless is developed for the system safety of oil transportation equipment of the marine oil drilling platform.Multichannel measuring and controlling instrument for contact resistance in wireless carries on the real-time monitor to important pipeline junction of the oil transfer equipment, guarantees the junction connection reliable, does not have the break or loose hidden danger. As the front subsystem of the new measuring and controlling instrument, it provides the reliable data message for the rear end subsystem. At present, this kind of professional real-time measuring and controlling instrument has not appeared in the market. The contact resistance's test is mostly applied in the field of micro electron, the material and the electric appliance, but applied it in other field isn't seen. Therefore, regardless in measured object or in the contact resistance test application domain, this topic of the development of Multichannel measuring and controlling instrument for contact resistance in wireless made an new attempt.Through the Demonstration to various part of system design plan, the paper researched and determined the overall system project design, choiced the chip; Completed the hardware circuit design of various functional modules,discussed the principle of design in detail and draws the PCB; Researched and designed the system flow chart, wrote the software program and did the table test to various modules.The system used the wireless star network architecture, selected the SOC (on piece system) monolithic integrated circuit C8051F040 integrated data acquisition resources and bus interface as system's master control chip to control the chip of nRF2401 to completed the wireless communication duty between the central and the terminal, computed and output the data to control the constant current of the digital constant-current power, acquisited and processed the data. Completed the hardware interface circuit design of USB 1.1 using PDIUSBD12, realized the real-time communication between the central and the master control machine. Through the feedback closed-loop PID control, caused the electric current output of the digital constant-current power more precise to reduce the measuring error. Used the software filter, the hardware filter and the PCB multi-layer board technology and so on to reduce each kinds of disturbance to enhance the system performance.After the table test, Multichannel measuring and controlling instrument for contact resistance in wireless of the paper developed has realized the function of various part, achieved the expectation effect, verified the feasibility of system design plan, and may provide the reference for the next similar equipment's development.
