In recent years, as a result of the electronic device, microprocessor's development and control technology's progress, the brushless direct-current control system has reached huge development on entire digitization and the non-position sensor. The Digital Signal Processor (DSP) has become the main development direction of the motor control technology as micro controller core, since it has great merits on low power, quick speed and higher integration rate which not only satisfy the motor control motion request, and also can reduce the use of hardware source infinitely. This paper takes Three-phase brushless direct-current torque motor and the ships flap rudder as research object, adopting entire digital three closed-loop control methods, and finally receives both effective simulation and reasonable experimental results.What this article studies is a flap rudder control system which increases a relatively independent structure-flap rudder on the rudder axis, and through optimized control law to distinctly improve the flap rudder's hydro-dynamical performance. However, the massive factor of uncertainty in the sea area, such as the variable structure and parameter, the nonlinearity, and the random disturbances, has disable us to precisely establish the mathematical model of the controlled object. And the insufficiency of classic PID regulator on fixed form, inconvenience in online adjustment, and long process in parameter stabilization. In order to solve such kind problem, we brought in neural network based PID controller, which regulate the PID controller parameter online with neural network, and presented effective simulation results in the end. On realization, we used DSP TMS320LF2812 as controller and brushless direct-current torque motor as actuator, and introduced neural network and integral separation intelligent control algorithm, meanwhile utilized Intelligent Power Module(IPM) and Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) technology. And based on the CCS3.1 platform and C language, we gained pinpointing position control. The article introduced the backgrounds and the domestic ,foreign correlative present technique research situation of the flap rudder servo-control system ,also presented the mathematical model of brushless DC torque motor and the flap rudder's model and union model of them in detail respectively; meanwhile analyzed system's three controllers of current loop, speed loop and angle loop; and carried out effective simulation result separately based on Matlab/Simulink tools. Adopting non-position sensor's control methods ,we carried out system hardware and soft realization .The experimental results showed the system design is feasible...
