The Research On Heterogeneous Data Source Integration System Based On XML

NOP software system is the dominant system which is a widely-used wireless network optimization platform. In the process of the software development for network planning and network optimization of NOP, one of the most critical problems that are needed to be tackled is how to integrate the data from multi-source business into the NOP system database.The thesis brings forwards the Heterogeneous Data Source Integration System through the analysis and research on the related theories, design and implementation with combination of the development requirements for NOP system. Moreover, the thesis gives a deep insight into the overall design and module design of the system. The data integration system adopts the universally used XML file as the intermediate data-saving unit which supports multiple data formats. In addition to this, the related application interfaces used in data integration system are designed and successfully implemented by utilizing the associated methods provided by ADO.NET universal data access technology. After carrying out the corresponding verification tests on the data integration system, the test results show that the data integration system matches the design requirements and is capable of implementing the data integration between heterogeneous data sources.
