Design And Implementation Of Heterogeneous Data Source Integration Platform Based On Web Service

With the rapid development of the Internet, many scientific research management institutions have gradually established scientific research management systems. When built up, these systems lacked unified coordination and planning and most of them adopted different technology platforms, data storage technology and data structure, forming a large number of heterogeneous and autonomous data sources and seriously interfering with the data exchange between systems. Because of the division of the management level and the scope of jurisdiction, various data are managed by different scientific research institutions, the scientific research management personnel often need to refer to the scientific research data of other institutions when dealing with businesses. How to realize the data sharing among different organizations becomes an urgent problem to be solved. Focused on this problem, this paper designs and implements an integration platform of the heterogeneous data source based on Web Service.Firstly, this paper conducts the in-depth research on the status of scientific research management systems, analyzes the deficiencies of the existing domestic and foreign data integration approach, according to the characteristics of the heterogeneous data sources, generalizes the needs of the heterogeneous data source integration platform, proposes the solution of combining Web Service with the thought of middleware method. Then, based on the Java EE framework, by the Spring Integration which is a kind of enterprise integration technologies and Web Service which is a cross-language and cross-platform Remote Call Technology, it realizes the loosely coupled connection between the various systems. Besides, it ensures the security of data transmission through encryption and digital signature and completes the analysis, design and implementation of each part of the heterogeneous data source integration platform according to the process of software development. Finally, it ensures the accuracy and robustness of the platform's functions through the overall testing and analysis of the platform.The heterogeneous data source integration platform provides a unified data access interface for the scientific research institutions so as to realize the sharing of data information among different organizations. The secure and effective sharing of the data reduces the existence of the redundant data and the development of the repeating functions, accelerates the development progress of the business function of the scientific research system, leading the agency's staff to make fuller use of the value of the existing data and enhancing the efficiency of the scientific research management greatly.
