At first, the paper introduces the background and the development of LPI radar considering the demand of modern warfare to radar. The paper begins with the basic conception of LPI radar, discusses some radar parameters and radar system's influence on radar's LPI performance. Then the paper studies the low probability of interception characteristic, analyzes the questions of the phase coded signal and Liner Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (LFMCW) signal, proposes the effective methods to resolve them.A Doppler compensation method for bi-phase-coded signal based on Moving Target Detection (MTD) is presented to resolve the Doppler sensitive trait. The paper presents a method combining MTD with frequency domain pairing to resolve the range-velocity coupling in the case of the common LFMCW signal. By this way, the range-velocity coupling can be eliminated and the question of spectrum overlap will be resolved too.Computer simulations are performed to justify the validity of the presented theories and methods. Considering the DSP's SDRAM storage capability in the actual digital signal process board, developed the large capability SDRAM storage board. In this part, the paper mainly discusses the operation principle of SDRAM, chip selection, the diagram of design, the internal module designs in FPGA and the parameter of the board.
