The Design And Implementation Of Bank-Company Reconsilation System

With the increased businesses between banks and enterprises in recent years, traditional account-check model which check accounts by posting and getting paper reconsilation bill through post office can't satisfy with the efficient and punctual requirements of the enterprises.This paper designs and carries out the Bank- Enterprises Electronic Reconciliation System by using IT technology. First, the system deals with enterprises' account information to create special reconsilation bills, and then post them to the enterprise customers by email, fax, short messages and etc. When finished checking the reconsilation bills, enterprise customers feed them back to the bank and then the system begins to deal with them automatically. In this way, the requirement of accounts reconciliation between the bank and the enterprises achieves.The major study contents of this paper include: the design of Bank- Enterprises Electronic Reconciliation System, the achievement of key technologies, the usage of the system and etc. It also gives the detailed description of the achievement of email, fax, short messages and etc.This paper possesses some theoretical meanings and practical values in promoting the expansion of customer contact channels of domestic banking and the further applications of IT technology.
