Because of the demand of real estate market, real estate agency is germinated. And because of the special function of itself, it accelerates real estate market to prosper. Along with the rapid development of housing construction and real estate industry, developing on a large scale, standardization and informationization of the real estate agency industry also become our responsibility and mission in this era. However, the appearance and the development of the Customer Relation Management(CRM) based on Data mining technology offers the new chance and impetus for the further study and practice of customer service of real estate agency.In particular, the study of the technology of Association Data mining(DM) in information analysis of real estate agency will be very significant in theory and practice to the development and utilization of information resource of real estate agency, and to the management support and decision-making in operation of it and so on.In this paper, the following methodologies are used. They are: (1) the integration of theoretical analysis, application and actual development, (2) the integration of information sharing and technology integration. Using these methods, such respects as management information of real estate agency, exploit of real estate agency information resource are deeply studied, and taking the degree of satisfaction of the customers of the real estate agency to maximize and so on as the subject investigated is to emphatically study and deduce.This paper that deals with the management system of the real estate agency of Japanese Dong Ji group, emphatically studies how to employ CRM and information handling technology to establish real estate agency information management system and its database and, how to utilize Association Data mining in real estate agency market information, so as to by and large holding customer's characteristic, improving the customer relation and promoting the management efficiency of the business enterprise.So that it carries out the application of real estate agency industry based on CRM technology, and from different aspects and using different algorithm, for example: monolayer Apriori algorithms, multilayer Apriori algorithms and FP-growth algorithms, respectively to the bargain information of real estate agency and to the data succeeded to trade, it is carried on the Association Data Mining. So that real estate agency enterprise has a new understanding to the demand of customer, and it is provided the good support and reference for enterprise can offer all wool and a yard wide service to customers, also and it can make expedient decisions for enterprise.
