Today the competition of domestic TV stations is harder than before. Since 21 century, the competition of domestic TV have new change, and obviously contest with other country media company or impact of net media. Somebody describe the province tv station situation"up crush and down press".Firstly, the expand of CCTV and market division of city tv station;Secondly, the impact of net media; Thirdly, outland media contest.At present, there still are not domestic quite complete theories for the study of strategic development in broadcast and television industries. Many of research reports are essentially borrowed from the overseas researches and development theories.Researches on media abroad had more mature theories,moreover the quite big media groups all were overseas in the world. Therefore researches on strategic development for the overseas media group will have a lot of reference. However, because of vast territory, as well as historical reasons, the condition is that each place all has its own broadcast and television industry, therefore each of the local strategy development is dissimilar. At present, the problems and difficulties to be resolved are how to find out management strategy development accorded with the Chongqing Television stationIn this article we will study this object, the Chongqing television station, with an opportunity of the television station's development strategy in recent years, against the background of all the television media industries, synthesized the directions of strategy development in the domestic and foreign television media, to causes everyone to think of management problems faced by the enterprise, the broadcast and television industries, which have the natures of the institution organization. In this article we study on the Chongqing television station as a concrete object to make the correlation analysis to the media, comprehensively using theories of strategic management, brand management and competition management on the practice basis, by the research methods, such as the environment analysis, market analysis, and audience analysis. Through the analysis of the station on its own advantages and disadvantages as well as itself problems, and proposed the television station's management strategy as well as related measures and the new ideas for the station's management strategy. In the analysis process, we will use the specialized investigation and the television station's data. In this article we will persist in macroscopic and microscopic unifies and the research methods focused on microscopic analysis, and focus on the television station's management strategy.In this article we propose the new viewpoints to the television station's strategic development. We use a variety of theories, such as weight evaluation for the television station's internal and external factors, specially designed the qualitative matrix to analyze internal and external environment, and complete the strategic choice through analytic hierarchy process (AHP).In the article we combine with the domestic and foreign media environment and the theories, and it has prospective and the expansibility viewpoint.
