Research On Radio Electromagnetic Environment Monitoring System And Software Implementation

Until 2007, billions of funds had been used the world's advanced radio monitoring equipment in China, and the preliminary national radio monitoring network had completed. In order to give full use of radio monitoring network, The State Radio Monitoring Center developed "Criterion of Radio Monitoring Station", so that the task of national radio monitoring gradually had been standardized. At the same time, The State Radio Monitoring Center developed "Radio Monitoring Transfer Protocol" (RMTP), in order to achieve interoperability of the radio monitoring systems. It is very important for the national radio monitoring, and lays the foundation for the development of the domestic radio monitoring industry.As Criterion and Protocol are in trial phase, they need to be constantly improved. The paper focuses on monitoring methods and introduces monitoring task weight parameters to ensure accuracy of electromagnetic environment key frequency band monitoring data. According to ITU Recommendation about relation between amount of monitoring data and confidence, this paper put forward monitoring method which automatically adjusts monitoring tasks and making full use of monitoring equipment capacity.The method resolves the technical problem of limited equipment capacity and heavy monitoring task. The paper also investigates monitoring data analysis and completes monitoring data analysis software design which employs signal amplitude and frequency occupancy to analysis and exhibit statistical data avoiding the bottleneck of massive data storage and exhibition. In addition, it provides information to satisfy the need of radio management department such as Monthly monitoring report, etc.Results of this paper have been applied to the Chongqing radio monitoring system software, which implements system function of automated monitoring and intelligent data analysis. It leads to change radio monitoring of Chongqing from passive to active and helps to renew radio management technical facilities of Chongqing.
