At present large capacity data record of telemetry device mainly depends upon magnetic tape, but the purchasing, recording, storaging and keeping of analog magnetic tape device have a series of problems.Analog magnetic recorder structures complex, maintains extremely difficulty, and it is easy to break down in the use process. AMPEX722 tape's volume and weight big, duty costs high, the data accuracy is not high, the magnetic head and the magnetic tape are easy to wear, affects record and the replay quality of the data. A revolved-head magnetic recorder is some telemetry supplementary equipment, the movement of it serious aging, and the movement is imported from US, which has already stopped producing, does not have spare. Once after the revolved-head movement damage, it will bring enormous difficulty to carry out task, even it is impossible to complete the task.Along with the rapid development of space instrumentation instrument and command technology, it has set a higher request for the data record ability of instrument and command system, the date of telemetry device must be high-speed gathered, recorded, storaged and afterwards analyzes processing in the instrumentation and command process. According to experiment work need, it is possible to carry out the research of data real-time high-speed digitization gathering, record, storage and replay, in order to solve the technical questions of multichannel analog signal high-speed gathering, record, storage and replay.This paper mainly has resolved the high-speed gathering, high-accuracy record of multichannel lagre capacity analog data and the storage, replay of large capacity harddisk.This paper mainly carries on the system principle analysis, overall diagram study, signal process circuit study, A/D converter and DSP interface study, the control and record methods of handdisk study, the export and replay methods of handdisk study, anti-jamming measure study.Among this the control and record methods of handdisk study include DSP Microprocessor TMS320F206, VIM, DMA, SCSI protocol controller interface study and so on.Though the study of the whole system, this system has the ability of multichannel parallel, high-speed, high-accuracy deigital recording and replaying telemetry analog signal. The research and realization of this topic provides technical supports for the successful completion of experimental task, which simultaneously has important economy and military significance.
