Because of the increased towner medical insurance business and rapidly varied policy, data that need processing increase rapidly, more ordered and integrated information is required to supply decision making. Web pages of traditional web site increase sharply, which overloads web sites and makes it difficult to develop further So a re usable and easy maintainable web application framework is needed to resolve the trouble More well technologies based on J2EE and framework make building a new enterprise web application framework become a reality. According as national policy, rely on J2EE platform, web service technique, adopting C/S/S architecture and MVC model, the Weifang towner medical insurance information management system was finished.Firstly, based the introduction of software architecture, this paper has discussed this new enterprise architecture, the character, the role, the operation and so on. By analyzing these theories, we can understand the function and significance. Secondly, this paper has discussed the technique which has relation to enterprise service, operation flows have been marked by the sequence of operation in their special services. This has provided ideal environment and brigade service to monitoring business operation, and allows to change flow, monitor results and to facilitate continuous business progress improvement.During application, J2EE C/S/S design model are opened out for operation progress, flows can be disassembled into a series of steps, one step denotes one service. These orderly linked services can set up operation flow which can meet operation requirement. Linked modes are organized by different grains. These various grain methods can make the most use or reuse of enterprise sub-application and in deed system architecture by the center of operation flow.Then it has partly developed on the three sub-system Weifang Medical Insurance Information Management System, they are capture sub-system, auditing and balance sub-system, and financing sub-system. Lots of middle-wares provided by Web Service XML-based, having intact encapsulation, loose coupling, canonical standard agreement and upstairs integration. These can better meet application model requirement. Thus enterprise can make adjust and reaction in time aiming at rapidly varied environment and customer requirement when facing drastic accessing and data pressure, and in deed advance enterprise core competition.Finally, there are some conclusions for this paper, and it also includes the directions , lacks and contents which needs further researching.
