Enterprise has established legacy systems that architecture is different for different departments and applications in the process of informationization, which increase extremely enterprise management efficiency and promote rational combination and utilization of enterprise resource. But these systems designed and developed for different department separately, and no shared business processing among them, which degrades extremely function of systems. Along with change of enterprise business and aggravation of competition, they have not able to adapt recent business pattern of enterprise, enteprises need more effective and flexible architecture pattern in order to adapt requirement of dynamic electronic commerce. The key problem that enterprise faces is an alternative of discard and reuse of legacy systems. EAI(Enterpise Appication Integration) technology become the first choice of reuse of enterprise legacy assets for a time, but the practice proved that EAI was short of essential flexibility, suitability and expandability. The emergence of SOA and Web Services help us reuse legacy systems in service-oriented environment.The thesis analyze and contrast SOA, Web Services and the common software reuse technology, and research on the problem of enterprise legacy systems reuse implemented by Web Services, Web Services encapsulation technology and concrete implementation procedure, proposes the framework of enterprise legacy systems reuse based on SOA, and makes use of Web Services to encapsulate business rules of enterprise legacy systems as Web Service.Make full use of BPEL to Choreography service component encapsulated by Web Services in business layer of SOA reuse Framework and realize more reuse.Apply the solution of reuse of enterprise legacy systems based on SOA implemented by Web Services to the practical project of news management system of Chaohu Vocational and Technical College to verify the feasibility of reuse project put forward in the thesis.
