A Study On The Technology Environment Of New Media User

New media is developing with technology's usage and development. Internet as one of the most makeable new media is calling for more and more technology skill for its user and a developed technology environment. So the technology skill and technology environment is deep affected the society.How to measure the new media technology environment is a new challenge for academic circle, we think is contains those aspects:(1) The hardware environment of using new media.(2) The economic requirement of using new media.(3) The skill of new media user(4) The study ability of new media user.This article found that the hardware environment of using new media have great improved in the past 10 years, yet the software: the skill of computer, the study ability is still not as good as the hardware, and it limited the users to get information, which is bad for the user to develop, is also bad for the development of our society.
