Three-dimensional(3D) scanning system is an optics, mechanism, electricity integrated high technical product to acquire 3D and color information of object. And the 3D scanning system which this thesis mentioned can be used in anthropometric field.This thesis studies several key technique of Three-dimensional scanner, including : the pretreatment that makes the cloud points from in mess to arrangement, the algorithm of the reconstruction methods with Delaunay triangulation for cloud points acquired by the 3D scanning system, and the conversion of file format.After the pretreatment, the messy cloud points form contour lines on each layer. The points in the contour line are sorted clockwise or anti- clockwise.In some part of the body model, there is only single contour line on the layer, while in other parts, there are couples of contour lines on the layer, due to the features of the human's body. The author shows a new method for Delaunay triangulation based on multi-contour lines.The system supplies the interface to export the DXF, STL file for the reverse engineering applications. |
