| As the basic information management platform of manufacture enterprises, PLM should provide functions such as enterprise management, product development and manufacturing in diverse environments in fast response to markets. However, there are many problems in the application and implement of the PLMS nowadays, including hardly worked or not supported in distinct environments, data exchanged hardly with CAX tools, difficult in system upgrade. Consequently design an extensible and maintainable PLM architecture becomes an issue in the PLM research.Firstly, the definition and connotation of PLM is discussed and the significance in enterprise informationization of PLM is also pointed out, and a new PLM architecture is established on the problems exists in the PLMS. The framework characters and advantages of SOA are also researched. Then, one of the implement methods to SOA——WebServices is investigated.Secondly, a work model and system access model of service-oriented PLM system have been put forward. A new services-oriented PLM architecture is established based on the model, and each layer exchange with interfaces.Thirdly, the PLM system is divided into Smartclient based N-tiers architecture after research on the clients. Each tier of architecture is further implemented and the most important technology such as Spring.Net is researched explicitly. Then the model of PLMS integrated with other systems is constructed with standard interfaces.Lastly, the research achievements of this thesis are validated in some cases applied in ChongQing Cummins Engine Company, and the conclusion is drowned followed by anticipations of the research aspects and the trends of PLM. |
