The paper introduces the system from the following aspects : the design target,the technology project of development,the structure model,the design and implement,the key technologies,the security and optimization of performance.The paper focus on the function,the structure and the performance of courseware production system and examination system.I choose Eclipse as the development tool. The net page is designed with Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Flash. And it is programmed with Java, JSP, JavaBean and Servlet. The datadase is programmed with MySQL. JDBC is dopted as the database interface of the database. Based on courseware production and resource management system offer a kind of effective realization scheme for realizing students'individualization of education, have certain practical value and realistic meaning.
