With regard to the problem that the targets can't be usually located by a independent observation station or positioning accuracy is not high in the passive location system,the paper provides a method to locate target by information sharing of multi-platform cooperative reconnaissance. On background of warship formation on sea, according to the practical project application, an application was developed based on multi-platform cooperative reconnaissance for this,and it's run in a naval project.The main researches and results are listed as follows:(1) About the problem of radiant signal association in the multi-platform cooperative reconnaissance system,data association from the same signal is solved by the comparision of the absolute correlation degree with grey system theory.As a result, it improves the correct rate of association;(2) To be convenient for locating and improve the precision of location , error analysis of results from bearing location is made with CEP formula;(3) The idea of combination of Kalman Filter and Buffering Algorithm is applied into the DOA from every platform to reduce the error and improve the bearing precision of each signal.And then combination idea of Kalman Filter and Buffering Algorithm is applied into integrated filtering of targets'tracking in order to the precision of target location and tracking in the system is improved;(4) With regard to the character of several different radars equipped in a target,target is located by the method of data fusion after clustering.in conclusion,it is a valid method in target tracking.The results indicate that a series of ideas and algorithms presented by this paper can exceedingly improve the precision and reliability of locating and tracking by Multi-platform Cooperative Reconnaissance under the condition of modern warfare.
