With the increasing complexity of electronic warfare environment, the performance requirements of electronic reconnaissance and radar detection systems are also increasing.Electronic reconnaissance system mainly obtains target position and other information through intercepting target signals for analysis.Similarly, for passive radar detection system,it does not need to transmit signals itself, which is more concealment than traditional active radar. Therefore, theories and algorithms related to passive reconnaissance and detection system, especially the problem of multi-target data association and passive location, have been widely studied and applied in practical engineering. This thesis is mainly based on passive multi-sensor reconnaissance system and passive multiple input multiple output(MIMO)radar system to carry out research on multi-target data association and location algorithm. The main work contents are as follows:1.The basic concepts of data association and common discriminant principles are introduced. And the traditional direction-finding cross location algorithm in multi-sensor system in the case of single target and multi-target and the generation and estimation principle of time delay and Doppler frequency in MIMO system are described. It provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up work of data association and multi-objective parameter estimation.2.Based on the passive multi-sensor reconnaissance system,a scan-based radar(SBR)localization algorithm based on the joint target position and scanning rate estimation of angle-of-arrival(AOA)and difference time of scan time(DTOST)is proposed.By using the linear correlation between AOA and DTOST,and based on the maximum likelihood(ML)algorithm with linear constraints, the scanning rate of SBR and the estimated value of AOA information are obtained. Finally, the target position is estimated by using the weighted least square(WLS)method.3.Based on the passive multi-sensor reconnaissance system,an algorithm for solving multi-target data association and location in the presence of false alarm and missed detection(non-ideal)is studied.Firstly, the DBSCAN(Density Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise)data association algorithm based on the intersection points of direction-finding lines is analyzed, and it is found that the algorithm completely fails in the non-ideal scene. Therefore,a new data association localization algorithm is proposed, and the simulation results show the effectiveness and stability of the algorithm.4.A joint position and velocity estimation algorithm for multi-target based on passive MIMO radar system is studied.A cost function-based data association and parameter estimation method applied in MIMO radar system is proposed to solve the problems of implementation difficulties and limited use scenarios in classical data association algorithms.Firstly, the data association and initial position estimation are realized by using the measured time delay, then the target velocity estimation is obtained based on the corresponding relationship between the time delay and Doppler shift, and finally the joint estimation is carried out based on the first-order Taylor expansion to realize the whole algorithm process.Theoretical accuracy analysis and simulation verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
