In order to solve the problem of the industrial scene as a result of the monitoring points in the distribution of a wide range of large number of distance and remoteness may therefore set up cables,the laying of cables is difficult and not practical(and even set up a communication line,and its high operating costs).Based on the analysis with the related knowledge of the embedded system the embedded ARM MCU GPRS technology and so on,make a GPRS wireless communications with the low power,embedded systems and practical combination of system solutions.The system is mainly used for distributed temperature wireless monitoring systems.The system uses ARM7 S3C44B0 Samsung processor chip as a system,S3C44B0 processor collect from an external sensor to the temperature data,through its serial port,using the wireless communication module Q24PLUS with the AT command to send the data through a wireless network to the GPRS network offered by China Mobile, and then China Mobile will send the data to monitor the designated IP address of the computer center,monitoring center computer program through the host computer can receive it through the GPRS network from the monitoring place and upload it through the GPRS network can also corresponding control command will be passed to the relevant monitoring points so that make the remote wireless monitoring realized.AS introduced the system,we give the design ideas of system hardware and programs, as well as the corresponding software development process and to do all parts of the instructions.μC/OS-Ⅱfocused analysis of embedded operating systems development in the system tailoring,transplantation,and the systemμC/OS-Ⅱapplication process.This system has been put into practice.It was proved very cheap stable and reliable for the wireless temperature data transportation system.
