In recent years, the field bus technology has been applied in the power system more widely, This dissertation has developed a equipment which introduces the CAN field bus communication technology with the protection of the collection, measurement, control of permanent magnet in the intelligent control devices, improving the circuit breaker reliability and intelligent level, the host computer system combines with power distribution automation systems.Firstly, the dissertation bases on the CAN bus control system design and intelligent controller design principles which analyzes the CAN field bus technology characteristics and advantages of the application in the power system. Proposing a distribution network in the PC and next-bit machine connect with the erection of the structure.Secondly, the object of research-permanent magnet agencies intelligent controller, on the Microchip's CAN controller's built-in PIC18F458 as MCU, The design of hardware platforms including the main drive unit body design, the external circuit chip design, CAN bus communication module design, the power module and panel modules, Analog acquisition unit using a dedicated power metering chip ATT7026 to collect the exchange of signals after the conversion, And the measurement of parameters through the SPI port to send MCU.During the design for the permanent magnet agencies, a detailed analysis of the closing drive IGBT modules are parallel flow solutions and software ORCAD part of the circuit design simulation.In the part of the control,μC/OS-Ⅱsoftware will migrate to real-time operating system on a chip, user-friendly process and the preparation of the latter part of the software upgrade. And user applications, including permanent magnetic switch on the driver points, the grid parameter acquisition procedures, procedures for the protection, CAN communication modules, such as procedures for the preparation.Finally, the controller and the circuit breaker have been combined for debugging and experiment, through the debugging with PC software to communications, the experimental program of the electromagnetic compatibility is designed. The results show that: the structure of the controller is rational, could meet the technical requirements, and with high reliability and practicality features.
