| What this paper's trying to talk about,is an encounter.Community is an important form which appears in the evolution process of human society,comparing with individual-people as the micro-system and society as the macro-system,it's the meso-system of human being.With the improving of the capability of World-cognitive and World-reforming,the form of community is changing all the time.From the hunting tribe of Paleolithic to the semi-settling village of Neolithic;from the country community and town community of Agricultural society to the metropolis community of Industrial society,the meaning,the function and the elements of community are also in evolution all the time.The early community is similar to the common colony,and now it's an organic part of a city,and the meaning of community to the members is not changed after the long evolution.It's always being the buffer between the individual-people and the society,people are getting socialization and making a living in the community;furthermore,community is also an effective method of society-cognitive,being a "micro-society" model for its members.Internet is one of the greatest inventions of the 20th's century,and even a lot of people think that there should not be a "one of" in the former sentence,but that is not what this paper wants to discuss.It changes the way of thinking,cognitive, communication etc.Forever,and the influence which it have made and will make is inestimable,let's leave the hard work to the latters.Internet greatly expands the human living space in the medium level.If we can divide the real life into spiritual life and material life,online life can be the transition of them and will ameliorate them both.In the past decades,Internet develops amazingly fast,and now we are in the Web 2.0 era,it's a people-oriented and free-advocating era.And what will happen when Web 2.0 Internet meets community? That's the theme of this paper.Web 2.0 online community should be the manager of the community capital of the members.We call the social resource and wealth which possessed through the social relation network of a person as social capital;and the intellectual resource such like knowledge,thoughts,opinions etc.which gained by education,we call it the culture capital;and we call the factors of production and property,income as the economic capital.The services which the online community offers should provide well configuration of the capitals and expand them for the members,and with the value-created for the members the community should develop itself.Today,online community users take almost 20%in the Chinese Interact users, that meanings there arc one community user in every five Interact users.Comparing with the fact that Interact user taking a 22.6%in the total population of China,the universal rate of online community is not high enough.But survey data shows that the main group of the users which consist of urban youth,and most of them are students, employees of enterprises and companies.With no doubt that this colony is the main force of the future economy and culture development.As the important use of the Web 2.0 Internet,online community will show its influence in the coming days.There are two main resume of the members:first,online community can satisfy the social psychological resume which the tradition community offers such as social information, achieving of the group work,socialization,sense of security and cognitive harmony; second,the unique services of online community,such as the expansion of personal capital and online entertainment etc.The online community influences the real life and online life by a special way. Distinguishing with the tradition mass media,Internet can strengthen the capability of information-gaining and opinion-expression,furthermore,the authority of status-giving is not only belonging to the mass media anymore,the tradition way of social stratification can be changed by using the social capital and culture capital reasonably,even the social status and authority can be changed in this way.In the same time,online community has the potential to be the public sphere,although it can't be seen in the important issues and everywhere,at least we can try to let online community to be the friend of democracy and the effective tool of politic partition.Certainly,online community is an instrument.It can be used to help people and so can cause pain;it can make a comfortable environment for online life to the losers in real life;it can be the silent closet of the eccentrics.Online community allows free expression,but we may fall into the information flood with no help at all,the efficiency of communication will be a problem.The individual expression may let the people confuse the private and public,the back stage behavior will shows in the front stage.With the development of online community,the public opinion space is expanded too,and all forces are trying to dominate the opinion space.We feel helpless in front of so many different "versions" of truth.The information technique also will bring the risk of private,how to deal with it is lying in front of us.We have to keep clear mind and reason attitude,because we are trying to split the dirty water but not the innocent baby.Not only increasing technique,but also rise the media literacy and citizen literacy,after all,protecting the Internet environment is protecting ourselves.The influence of Online Community is the result of interaction.The interaction in community is based on the information,membership and connection,presupposes the reality over the community.These factors are not only the fundamentals that compose the social relation network,but also the essential elements that build up the online community which is a mapping from social relation network.With their own targets,Individual members,colonies and the community participate in the procedure of community interaction,thus the aim of the interaction is the achievement of the targets.Individual members join the interaction of the community for their multi-demand;colonies realize their targets,amplify their influence as well as improve their organizing capacity on top of the community interaction;community is always set up and maintained for the reason of commercial,political or religion,and it can be advanced by the interaction which can counterbalance the benefits and aims of every party.Web 2.0 online community is the joint of the traditional human set and the new media.It is significant to the research of online community,especially in the time of the widespread Internet.In the process of human community's further transformation towards online community,Internet plays the role of the material-taker.Gradually, online community will show the effect of the mapping of human community's relation network and the expanding of capital.As a promising media in China,how to treat online community correctly and how to apply this new media technology deserves to be considered intensively.Whether the encounter is beautiful or sorrowful?
