In this paper, the electric energy gained by the conversion of mechanical energy of vibration is used as power of the monitor unit to replace the traditional battery. As the limited life of the traditional battery, it has to be replaced regularly. It is found that piezoelectric materials have good piezoelectric effects which can efficiently realize the conversion between mechanical energy and electric energy. In addition, piezoelectric materials also have other advantages which draw a lot more attention : simple structure, easy to implement, free of electromagnetic interference, once for all, less pollution. In recent decades, many experts at home and abroad on the piezoelectric material start the study on the performance of power-generating of piezoelectric material and achieved great progress. Through continuous study on theory and test, piezoelectric power generation has been successfully used in a number of micro-electronic devices. All these successful applications prove that piezoelectric power-generating has good prospects. Based on this, piezoelectric power-generating as monitoring unit for TPMS is studied in this paper.This article contains five points respectively:1. Introduction: theoretical research and successful cases of electricity generation by piezoelectric application; an analysis of the need for the installation of TPMS and its broad market prospects.2. Piezoelectric ceramic and B-style piezoelectric ceramic piezoelectric actuator: First of all, to discuss the performance of piezoelectric material parameters and the piezoelectric equations, the performance of piezoelectric material parameters of piezoelectric material to measure the performance of power generation, the choice of piezoelectric material standards; piezoelectric equation is a mathematical model of piezoelectric power generation is based on theoretical studies of the key properties of piezoelectric power generation.
