Research On The Political Analysis Of Network Public Opinion

With the popularization and development of network technology, internet has become a very important part influencing our life. Everything happening in dummy world has affected our real life more and more directly. The complexity of dummy world, not the same as the real one, makes it difficulty for us to grasp the political phenomena in it. So the political problem in dummy world becomes a new aspect of research.This article begins with the discussion on network public opinion, and then turns into the key point of network politics step by step. The network public opinion, as a phenomenon, needs be put into the dummy world to study and find out the difference and uniqueness between it and the traditional one. Therefore the first part of this article analyzes the relationship about the definition of traditional public opinion and democracy, discusses the culture in network world principally and makes a conclusion that the dummy world is a carnival place. On the basic of this, the author determines the nature of network public opinion as carnivalesque public opinion, which is the most important difference from the traditional one. By this breakthrough, this article discuss the network public sphere on the base of network public opinion and network democracy problem, which is the core of this article. According to the analysis about carrier of network public opinion and itself, this article concludes that network can not construct the traditional public sphere, but the network public sphere is likely to become a whole new public one. That can be regard as a representation of the deep development of democracy. As result of this, we can throw out the dispute about network democracy and get to discuss the meaning of its development in life democracy view. Integrating the analysis of life democracy and BLOG, the article points out that the significance of network democracy is not to provide more participant opportunities in traditional democracy decision-making, but to promote people to form a more democratic life way in life field, which is the biggest contribution of network spirit to politics.The innovation of this article is to take media theory analysis into the politics and give a bran-new definition of the network public opinion. On the basic of this, the author makes some conclusion after consideration on the relative political problems, which is not only attempt in theory and method for the cross of media and political subjects, but also use for reference in democracy theory development.
