| Industry investment fund is a kind of innovative financial system which can promote industrial development. Industry investment fund has great potentiality to be developed in our country, not only because it is a value investment tool, but also it is an apodictic choice of economic increasing reformation and financial deepening. It has great influence on the development of the capital market, enterprise regulation, system transformation of investment and finance. Although industry investment fund has made some progress in the past years in our country, it is still in primary and experiment stage.This thesis takes Hunan TV & Broadcast Media Co. Ltd. as a research object and conducts a relative in-depth systemic study on the specific company how to set up industry investment fund. Firstly, this thesis conducts an analysis on the development situation, development environment and development trend of the cable TV industry in our country, and then brings forward a suggestion that industry investment fund is a reasonable choice to the cable TV industry, initiator, investors and the society. Next, this thesis carries on an internal appraisal to Hunan TV & Broadcast Media Co. Ltd. and analyzes the development process, the present operation situation, management superiority and profitability superiority of its cable TV network business. Then this thesis obtains a conclusion that it is necessary and feasible for Hunan TV & Broadcast Media Co. Ltd. to initiate and establish the cable TV industry investment fund with the analysis on the adaptability to environment and the compliance to the resources. Then, on the basis of practical operation, this thesis designs the system for the cable TV industry investment fund including the organization, scale, establishment, development strategy and so on. Moreover, this thesis analyzes the investment value of a typical and representative company"Xiang Zhong Cable TV Company"and discusses the mode of profitability for the cable television industry investment fund. Finally, this thesis designs a set of scientific operation management plan for the cable TV industry investment fund not only from the entire aspects including fund government, fund operation, promptings, restrictions, and risk management, but also in the entire operation process including fund collection, project investment, project supervision and fund withdrawal.This research is conducted on the basis of full communication with Hunan TV & Broadcast Media Co. Ltd. The conclusion of this study is helpful for Hunan TV & Broadcast Intermediary Co. Ltd. to adapt the new investment organizational reform and the market economy environment and to cultivate a new profit growth point for the company. At the same time, it has some reference value and significance for the development to the Cable TV industry and promotion to the industry investment fund. Therefore, this article has the strong practical application value and theory model value. |
