The 21st century key word is "the fluidity". The people will carry on the activity in the global scope. The bus TV media through the sound and image to communicate simple information, and provide people "the cultural entertainment fast-food" on the way of public transportation. As a newly communicated media, the bus TV media hasmade a focus of attention, especially in the Quanzhou city——the biggest economicoutput city in Fujian Province——occupied the local certain medium market share.Takes the media platform of the Quanzhou Hengshi Media Ltd. "The Bus TV of Hengshi Media" for an example, the paper analyzes its medium platform, the audiences and the advertisement consumers by the applying analysis methods of questionnaire survey and the content analysis.According the analysis, the author followed three conclusions:First, the mass population had already accepted the form of the public mobile TV media generally. Its media investment cost is inexpensive, and the communication-influenced scope is broad.Second, "The Bus TV of Hengshi Media" has the stability audiences that in the favor of lively rhythm program, such as news, consultation program and entertainment program.Third, The advertisements on "The Bus TV of Hengshi Media" mainly comes from the medical service, the house decoration, the education service, and so on entertainment, restaurant, food, shoes clothing. In conclusion, the medical service becomes subject customer in the preliminary stage. Even more, the author proposed the related solutions according to the research can help enterprises solve their existing problems.
