Integration And Utilization Of Personal Credit Information In Commercial Bank

Credit maintains the social relationship and personal credit is the foundation of total credit of the society. The construction of personalcredit system, which can evaluate persons' credit and supply information for making rules for the market, is important for expanding of personal-finance market, making regulations of governmental trade rules, formation of market order, and developing of personal credit activities. But in China, the lagging of personal credit runned into an obstacle of economy. Recently, the states attach much importance to credit. It is urgent for the persistent development of Chinese commercial banks to build up a commercial personal credit system.Based on analyzing the properties of the Personal Credit System as well as the characteristics of various systems of commercial banks, this dissertation demonstrates the operational, technical and economical feasibility of establishing the "personal credit system", which forecasts and evaluates the cost of system construction and the operational as well. Based on the present situation of personal credit system of commercial banks, we investigate the goal of constructing the personal credit system among commercial banks, and study the overall construction relationship, the data structure and the business process. We design the data process moduel, the error resolution moduel, the credit information search moduel, the financial statement search moduel, and the system management moduel in the system, and design the corresponding treatments for anomaly situations. Simultaneously, we study both the compilation principle of test cases and the analyzing methods of test results in order to build a solid foundation for software systems.
