A Design Of Flow Control System For Oilfield Water Injection

To keep stratum pressure when the water is injected into oil field is very important to improve capacity of oil supply and the output of base oil.The water injection to oil field is adjusted by manual work nonce. It is hard to adjust by manual, so it would impact the development of oil field. To solve the problem, the paper use PIC MCU to design an automatic flow adjustment system to control the water injection, which adjust the flow from valve. It can bring the automatic management to the oil field.In this connection, this thesis has carried out the following studies:1. The flow should be often regulated by the need of the different period of development, so the paper design a flow adjustment system to adjust the flow automatically and receive the information that how much the water is rest all the time.2. According to the characteristic of the different kinds of hardware equipment, the paper use PIC MCU, 4*4 keyboard, 16*2 LCD display module, electric motor, linear flow control valve and electromagnetic flow meter to design a flow adjustment system.3. Design control system circuit: utilize PIC characteristic, keyboard, and LCD display module; adopt solid state relay to design driving circuit; use power module to supply electrical source.4. Utilize MPLAB to write control program on PC. Set surveillant track timer. Use software trap to carry out anti-jamming. Do online test and write the program.5. To confirm the sampling frequency of flow adjustment by simulation test, and do the test on practical field. From the test result, the system works steady, which the precision can achieve 4%.The algorithm structure of the flow adjustment system is simple, and the system is easy to modify online, high precision, reliable, strong anti-jamming and low price. The application of the system promise well.
