| In this paper, to the development requirements of oil field water injection pump station centralized control system, automation in recent years, the system of oil field water injection intelligent real-time remote centralized control has been researched. The system used DSP as the core of the control node, and made the node with two significant patterns including remote and in situ control. This dissertation launches the following research:As each node of high-speed, real-time requirements of the system, it used the DSP's SCI serial communication module two, asynchronous serial communication function and event management module of the general purpose times, interrupt function, completed the serial communication MAX485 chip's design and the circuit design of DS1302 clock.With the node's the transmission system distance, security, and strong anti-interference characteristics, it used of half-duplex communication MAX485 chip's low power consumption, faster transfer rate characteristics and finished the design work of a standard RS485 interface circuit. in accordance with the requirements of the system of centralized control, the RS232's communication mode which's full-duplex point-to-point was converted into the RS485's half-duplex multi-point communication mode, the RS232/485 converter circuit has been designed. So multi-node's data can be controlled by the PC machine through the RS485 bus with the agreements and the communications. In order to meet the system nodes' long-range, in situ control significant model, designed the LCD liquid crystal display circuit and keyboard control circuit as a significant local control circuit. In accordance with the principles of the RS485 bus, used PC as a remote control significant model.According to the requirements of the system to the water collection and the valve control signals, In the Switching control system, motor has low power consumption, high efficiency and high sensitivity characteristics, control-valve has performance, smooth action, and wear-resistant properties of pressure characteristics, flow sensor has characteristics including of installed perfectly, the signal output of good performance and good reproducibility.C language of DSP C 2000 was applied to complete the signal acquisition, processing and transmission functions under various node-machines, Visual C + + 6.0 development tool was used to realize the system's functions which's the centralized control of remote at the time of data reception and display by PC. PIC single-chip based on the simulation experiments, the results of data processing to meet the design requirements of the system.At present, most of the functions of the system has been completed, a prototypehas been prepared to throw in the actual test to run. Further amendment and perfectwork also need to be fund and solved in practice. |
