With the development of modern optimization techniques, such as ant colony algorithm, particle swarm optimization algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm etc, they, with their advantages of high-effective optimization performance, robustness, simple programming and the better ability of global optimization, have extensively drawn attention in all the fields. They have become powerful tools to solve hard engineering problems. Water injection system belongs to Simulation technology of Oilfield Surface Engineering Optimization, in this paper, mathematical model of oilfield water injection system has been built by using computer simulation techniques, which transformed oilfield water injection system operation optimization problem into contained 0-1 integer variables and continuous variable mixture variables nonlinear optimization problem .We can not obtain better optimization results by using the traditional optimization design method, which led to the fact that the current oilfield water injection system Optimization is still in the stage, in which the design depends on hand-actuated experience not exact scientific figures. For the advantages and shortcomings of all kinds of optimization algorithms in solving specific issues, how to effectively deal with problems of oilfield water injection system operation optimization by using modern intelligent optimization method is of great significance in reducing the cost of oil production under ensuring the high and stable oilfields production. The special nature and complexity of this optimization problem taken into consideration, in this paper, Ant- Particle swarm hybrid algorithm for characteristic of this optimization model is proposed, and was verified the effectiveness of this algorithm by calculating example.The following aspects are researched in this paper:1. Establishment of Oilfield water injection system optimization model. Oilfield water injection system optimization is to determine the open position and operation parameter of water injection stations (or pumps) under the instance that the service requirement of the oilfield water system is given, to satisfy the requirement of the whole system and to cut down the power consumption. This paper built oilfield water injection system operation optimization model, which made the minimum system power consumption as the objective function, and made the service requirements of the entire system as constraints.2. The application and improvement of ant colony algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm. This paper proposes a new method to solve package problems by using ant algorithm, improves the efficiency of the algorithm, and at last proves it to be the effectiveness of the algorithm by calculation examples. For the defects of the particle swarm algorithm such as easily falling into local optimum and the slow speed in searching, five points have been respectively done to improve it in the algorithm parameters, local refinement, and so on, and test functions are used to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm. 3. Settled problems of oilfield water injection system operation optimization with Ant- Particle swarm hybrid algorithm According to characteristic of oilfield water injection system operation optimization by selecting reasonable algorithm parameters, the problem of constraints in the model has been solved effectively by using double- adapt-value method, then finally the effectiveness of Ant- Particle swarm hybrid algorithm has been verified by calculating of the examples in some factories in Daqing.
