Electronic commerce is one kind of technologies based on the Internet, takes transaction both sides as the main body, takes the bank electron payment and the settlement as the method, takes the customer data as the brand-new commercial pattern which depends on its high efficiency, the low cost, the strong radiation characteristic, which will change the commercial pattern and lead the transformation of the economic structure.The application of e-commerce sites as the Internet is becoming more and more widespread, but, the system targeted on lectures and practice is even decreased because of the specific design, complex implements and learning boring. E-commerce site design of a learning system is targeted, studying with a combination of training, powerful learning system, able to learn at different levels to build the e-commerce site for help.Based on a large number of domestic and international references, it focuses on the various network configuration services, information security technology experimental system of virtual experiments in the development and uses of genetic algorithms Adaptive Test Paper manner examination mode and teaching the network measurements to reach the purpose of test measured.In this paper, MATLAB, ASP.NET and SQL Server are used for overall analysis and design. NS2 simulator and Java Applet, Java Virtual Bean are applied to prepare experimental system. The e-commerce website design study is developed by using ASP.NET.
