Taking out Tianjin coast's soil moisture information and humanistic information with processing date of red and infrared wave band.3. Synthesizing the special map of soil moisture with the special map of humanistic information. Getting a conclusion on the development information of Tianjin coast and bring suggests about the development of Tianjin marine economic through collecting and analyzing advanced experience of marine economic developed areas.
