| Agricultural land classification is an important component of the land evaluation,closely related to evaluation of land potential, suitability assessment, economic evaluation of land, sustainable land evaluation. And it is also an important means to realize rational use and protection of limited arable land resources. This paper, using"Acts of Agricultural Land Classification " as the yardstick, integrates computer programming, geographic information systems and database and designs an agricultural land classification information system at a higher degree of automation, to meet the needs of agricultural land classification in a new land resources survey.The content of this paper is: based on "spatial database standards of agricultural land classification"and"Acts of Agricultural Land Classification ", and taking into account survey data of units on agricultural land classification and input– output, integration of dynamic link library (DLL) and the embedded object (OLE) is done and an agricultural land classification information system is designed, in the environment of Vc++6.0, Access, SQL2000 and MapGis6.7. The system includes the following features:1, the establishment of the database on agricultural land classification;2, grade computation;3 division;4, map production and output;5, integrated management of county-level classification and provincial-level summary.The practical application of this system in agricultural land classification of Shaanxi Provincial is that: the design idea of this system is right and meets the actual needs of the work; this system is accepted by the experts of Ministry of Land and Resources in Dec 2007, who agreed that the system has completed functions, a high degree of automation, the close modules and reaches a leading domestic level. It can provide reference and application experience for agricultural land classification in other provinces. |
