Abstract/Summary:
With the development of wireless communications, the type and size of information has been increased. Since 3GPP release5 agreement has been released, the business with high-capacity data has been becoming the trend of wireless communications. So a wireless interface system with greater data throughput and stronger processing power is necessary. At the same time, how to control the capacity of wireless interface carrying data has also become an issue.Iub is a wireless interface of WCDMA system, which connects NodeB and RNC in UTRAN. Iub interface is used to carry data for communication of NodeB. In this paper, by analyzing and revising previous algorithms, we study two flow control methods: First is anti-pressure flow control algorithm that proposes a reference threshold for congestion detection, second is modification arithmetic base on uplink parameters that introduce a strategy for changing congestion detection threshold. Through combining two algorithms above, we can ease congestion of Iub interface and improve system's throughput. At last we verify the algorithm's validity with different scenario conditions and simulation parameters.
