| As the installation base of the direction-measuring antenna, baseline beam has a direct effect on the test accuracy of the antenna array. The deformation of the baseline beam is resulted from the temperature change, gravity, and other factors for it is slim and long in structure. By deformation analysis and structure design, the accuracy of the baseline beam can be improved effectively.The thesis introduced the application background and the main problems of the baseline beam that need to be solved, put forward the design idea of flexible auto-adaptive structure, and established the single baseline beam's mechanical model based on temperature and gravity deformation. The conceptual model design of the baseline beam was completed by using the MATLAB simulation software. The improvements were given by the finite element analysis of the baseline beam structure using the ANSYS software. Finally, the feasibility of the product design was verified through the installation experiments of the baseline beam.In this thesis, a design method of the conceptual model of the baseline beam was build up, and it was proven to be correct and feasible through theoretical modeling, simulation analysis, experiment and so on. This made a useful exploration for an in-depth research of multilateral baseline beam, and made a theory guide on engineering application of the baseline beam. |
