This paper from the preliminary research projects - intelligent detector which can detects the faults of heading control system, the author participates in this project and the writes this paperThe purpose of this paper is to propose a new direction control system; the aim is to improve the effects of the classic PID control system. The theoretical basis of this paper is the fuzzy control. A large number of practice and theory has proved that fuzzy control is particularly suitable for the objects which are difficult for establishing mathematical model, the nonlinear and time-varying. And use the simulated annealing algorithm to optimize the fuzzy control system parameters .so that the controller can better adapt to the changeable parameter of model and the environmental interference. Finally, simulate the design of the control system, and get ideal results.This article has mainly carried on next several works:1. According to fuzzy control does not require a precise control of the characteristics of object model, to select the first order equation KT, and in accordance with parameters of the real ship K, T parameters.2. Design a simple direction fuzzy controller. First under control by the characteristics of the ship's movement, have been selected performance indicators to determine membership function, the actual steering of the actual experience, and are formulating rules to control, and in-depth discussion with the controller simulation parameters on the system performance impact.3. In front of a simple design course fuzzy controller on the basis of an increase of simulated annealing procedure, the controller realized the quantitative factor and the optimum ratio factor.4. According to the actual information, develop a simulation model of the direction control system simulation, simulation content: Numerical Simulation of interference waves, the ship's servo control system simulation, the use of the ship heading PID control system principles, as well as design the fuzzy course control system simulation. On the direction of the control system simulation has been selected and different sea conditions encountered different angle, and in accordance with the simulation data presents a random survey results and comparative analysis of the pros and cons of the two control systems and improve direction.The simulation results show that, fuzzy direction controller parameters optimized adjustment, a better control of its performance beyond the control of the classic PID control system can be used for the project.
