With the social security system constantly improve and the level of information in government departments continued enhancement, data showed explosive growth,the traditional audit manual can not complete the audit requirements, so computer audit will be the main auditing manual. But because the general audit specialist lack computer knowledge and have lot of audit knowledge, the computer staff is not familiar with the audit business, this situation was not conducive to the work of audit. Using Chinese understanding in computer audit process, after experts in the audit give requirements, it can help experts analyzing the requirements, the Knowledge Base provide help and support with the expertise to design a follow-up audit programme, audit staff make better completion of the audit work.First,has introduced the background paper,the characteristics of natural language understanding of natural language status;Second, in the knowledge that on the basis of analysis and comparison of existing methods of several semantic analysis of the advantages and disadvantages, choose case grammar and concept of subordination theory to understand language in special area, analysis of the concept, the concept of nature, the relationship between the concept, the concept of subordination trees for the future construction of the knowledge base to provide theoretical support. Then discusses the social security audit areas NLU system,the overall structure, knowledge base system and the composition of the main reasoning process.Finally the actual syste was applied to the field of social security audit requirements analysis, through system testing, results are satisfactory.
