The Alarm And Correlation Analysis Of Mobile Communication Network

Modern mobile telecommunication networks are characterized with large scale, complexity, and heterogeneity, that requires we have to manage telecommunication networks effectively to maintain their high reliability and high usability. As an important problem in network fault management, alarm correlation analysis can help network administrators to delete redundant alarms, locate faults and predict faults before they happen.Mobile communication network is connected by quite a lot of equipments and link, any default of a component may communicate with several other equipments, and cause many children alarm. Therefore, it requires that using advanced computer tech to research and develop alarm relativity analysis mechanism for finding, locating and deposing default quickly and accurately. It's one of the core tasks of constructing Local communication network integrated management that finding root alarm and alarms derive from root alarm by building alarm tree via alarm relativity analysis.Based on the practical need and market demand, this paper adopt the means of Based on the Association Rules and solve the imperative problem, alarm relativity analysis, in the administration of network. The alarm correlation analysis can predice the decisive alarm as the related alarm in a large number of alarms, by analysing some transaction correlation rulers among actual alarms of communication networks. This can compress frequency, analyse primary and secondary and conclude alarms from related alarm. And this paper also designs the correlation analysis platform based on the theory. By adding other treating process, the alarms can be linked together. The result proves that this method can reduce 60 percents to 70 percents alarms. Then workers can find the locations and the causations of the faults accurately as soon as possible, in order to get rid of the faults and recover the networks' function in time.
